Just an introduction (kinda), and a couple questions.

Hello, and Happy Holidays and all that. This is the first 'help' forum I've signed in for, and I only use those quotes because I'm not sure of the broad term for this niche. I'm annoying myself just typing that.

I'm not sure how to begin. I feel rude to just come in and dump. I guess what I'm looking for is sincerity, consideration and insight, I guess those old soul types with mind of their own. 

My two questions.... First, I'll disclose that in these questions there's no violence nor crime towards humanity. It's just this: I'm curious how much is too much to disclose? Can you think and respond freely here so long as it's free of ill-intent? 

I feel like this post is strange. But really, I think I'm disassociated a bit. Feels like that. Ill stop here.
