Hi. I’m new to this. I officially started my healing journey in Feb of 2025. In the last 1.5 years, I have removed everyone (except my spouse) from my life. I am doing Spravato and have a therapist that specializes in trauma. I find this journey so odd. Those survival skills brought me to 36 years old. I feel like a newborn in a way. I’m re-learning how to live and be a human. Just looking for some online friends. Thanks!
