One Moment with A Deep Wound 🩹

Some moments are so suffocating that they make our hearts race. Even if we make it out safely, the emotional shock leaves a deep wound inside our souls. If we leave that initial cut untended, the pain tends to linger for a very long time. Today, my heart completely sank when I heard that my mother's clothes had caught fire. I am endlessly grateful to God that she is perfectly safe and sound without any serious injuries. But just imagining what she went through, and placing myself in her shoes, brought a pain that felt too heavy to carry. Sending love and gentle thoughts to anyone else holding onto silent worries today. May God keep all of us safe always. 💙
