A few days ago I started having feelings for a boy, and I thought we were doing good, i was kinda healing, but i had a bad feeling, i was scared of getting onto a relationship, when we met we argued, he was angry,he treated me like *** and abused me, i had flashbacks of my last relationship, of how it started ,how we ended up after he tried to sex*ually harassed me,he was narcissistic ,he broke my heart alot of times,at this moment I left the boy i had a crush on, standing at the street after we fought, my body was here, but my mind was getting far worse, i started trembling and I couldn't breathe, i was terrified, now I am more sensitive, i cry alot,i feel scared/in danger all the time, my body and tummy hurts all the time, and i feel so sick and physically we can't find a diagnosis

🥺
I'm sorry he mistreated you.
There's no justification for his behaviour at all.
I'm sorry you had to go through it.
Sending you my best wishes.
Too many men feel entitled and like to control, intimidate and put women in their place.
But believe me when I say, I know wonderful men, who love, who protect, who cherish, who give equal ground to their partners, and as hard as it seems, right now, they do exist 💜 💕

Thanks amanda that really helps❤️

A pleasure 💜
I want you to know that you should feel proud of yourself ❤️ Your body is probably reacting this way because it’s trying to protect you. You recognised the pattern and you left the person that mistreated you. You are very strong for that. The way people treat you has nothing to do with you. It is their problem. You just have to leave when you are mistreated, and you will be safe. Remind yourself that you are safe and allow yourself to rest. Don’t feel guilty or bad because of how your body is reacting. Take your time. I am proud of you ❤️
