Realizing your heroes are just human beings.

I do not know why but it is so jarring to me to now see the people that i grew up watching on youtube or looked up to,.. as just people? I know this might sounds odd but after becoming an adult, the few years gap that seemed so big when i was small, seems like nothing at all now and it just hit me how this sense of safety or looking up to someone above you left completely? Because you realize they are just as confused as you are about life. And also have no excuses anymore if you want to make something happen? You are a human being like they are, they are not superior to you.
