Religious Trauma *TW*
I just found this app today and well I really don't know what to say or where to start but.. I need some help I recently discovered my parents were involved in a cult known as IBLP and now I'm unlearning and trying to deconstruct my religious upbringing.. I love Jesus and God but I don't love the church anymore that I was completely raised in and apart of.. I was a worship leader for so many years and now I'm struggling to believe in any of it. Is this trauma or am I just in the wrong place? There is a lot more I can say but I'm not sure what's allowed or what's not I need help. Replies or just being heard would help immensely

@anonySky4390 I was born into a christian cult, it was more of a Satanist cult though really. They just used jesus name

Is there anyway we can personally chat or does it not work this way on here? You said a satanic cult? Oh man... Ive basically already left I'm just reeling from all the pain of leaving
@anonySky4390 we can only talk privately if one of us was a listener. And I don't like 1-1 chats anyway cause of bullying
@anonySky4390 oh I'm not sure. Sorry. I have a lot of help with health professional s. I'm at the moment still trying to learn how to be a human. Do you have good doctors and psychiatrists? I'm under government protection, if you go to the police maybe they can help you too
