I finally went to therapy and got my medication guys!

Its a blessing to atleast have 7 cups, I can even manage to get an appointment in my hospital but its ok I have you guys ❤️.

how's everything going? Are you doing ok with the new meds?
2 week. Its very wild tbh but I understand maybe their doing the best they can I just have to be patient. The meds where a little bit scary at first real mood swings and weird feelings, was thinking of quiting but spoke to my sister about it and stull holding on strong. Thank you very much for asking dear.

@Benson21 I have had a tough few days but I'm doing ok🙂 ❤ yeah try to stick with your meds, it can take 6 weeks before it's in your system properly. Then the mood swings should ease. But if it gets to bad, to much for you, just ring your doctor and try to swap them with other pills. With mental health meds, sometimes you gotta find which ones are right for you ❤ 2 weeks is a bit of a wait, are you nervous or anxious about your appointment? I know I always get myself worked up about appointments even when I've known the person for ages 🙂
Yes dear, I am very stressed tbh I don't know what to tell and what to not tell. It would be my first therapy session and it is very distressing but thank you for sharing your experience.
Can you please reflect on your tough days and how you are doing are you are ok?
I don't think I will ever recover from the pain because the pain has become a part of me
