It’s been really hard. I’ve lost a lot of self esteem from two big things - what my exes put me through, the most recent in particular, and the discrimination at work. Both due to my age and gender
@WiltedBlossom93 I hear how deeply those experiences have affected you it’s painful when both personal relationships and work environments chip away at your sense of self-worth. It sounds like you’ve been carrying a lot; what emotions come up most strongly for you when you think about those moments of being judged or mistreated?
