Self Destructive
I have been married 22 wonderful years. I have let trauma consume my life to the point I have been so defensive for the past 4 years it has cause a major strain in my marriage. The trauma in my opinion has been a chain of terrible decisions on the both of us that has caused some major turmoil between the two of us. My self centered ness in reacting may have caused the self destruction in my wife. She is currently in a no contact phase with me. She has not been able to bring herself to do anything for a few years now.
