Self esteem

My self esteem has been low pretty much my whole life. I’m trying to find tips to rise it. I have had friends, family, significant other Complaint me and i just can’t get myself to believe them. I do have a couple times of people making rude comments because my appearance that i think has made my self esteem even worse.

I'm sorry people were rude.
When this happens, it can become our mind frame and form how we see ourselves.
That's why it's hard to accept compliments.
But never let the words of shallow, cowardly, bullies define your worth.
You deserve to be happy with who you are.
