TBI recovery and support.

This is my first time ever doing this. I really was looking for someone to talk to in person but this seems to be all that’s available for me. I had a middle cerebral artery stroke on the right side of my brain 10 years ago when I was 53 years old I was a senior designer for an engineering firm at that time. I was also married. I can’t go into all of the trauma I experienced in recovery from my stroke both with doctors and my wife at the time who wanted to divorce me it’s been 10 years now I have lived in constant physical pain, anxiety, fear, loneliness, poor decision making,  and depression. I am at a point in my life where I feel I don’t have anywhere to turn or anyone to turn to for real help.

there’s always someone out there who will listen. I myself struggle with anxiety on an almost daily basis. Also PTSD, so I have an idea of how you feel. Not physically but, mentally. It helps to change your surroundings and find a group of people that will support you. Looking for that as well. I wish you the best of luck

😔🩵

You've been through way too much this last couple of years.

And I'm sorry you feel so alone and have no one to share with.

It's a courageous think to be so open here 💛
