Traumatize childhood

this is my first time doing this so I’m giving it a go. When I was a child my parents were raging alcoholics. There were fights almost every single day. Sometimes I hate my parents because now I freeze anytime anyone raises their voice or gets mad. My immediate reaction is to freeze and I automatically think back to when I was child. Suddenly I’m thinking that they’re going to hurt me.

@malswrld999

I am so sorry you have to deal with this, buddy. Its very hard for us to get on after the thing is over. When l was younger, l have to feed and take care of my baby sisters. And everytimes They cried. My mum would burst in and slaps me. Now, everytimes l hear somebody crys l 'm like frozen by fears.

It takes time for the wound to heal and for us to realize that we are safe. I hope all of us will find relives oneday in the knowledge that its over and we no longer have to be scared and gets triggered by ordinary stuff. *Big bear hugs*💙❤️
