i just experienced a really bad episode if emotional flashback and my partner says its too much for him. help?

@raspberry123456789 I suffer with terrifying flash backs to😥 it's not a nice thing to experience. I'm sorry your partner can't handle them🙁 perhaps therapy might help you 💗 gives you a giant tiny hug 💗
