tw:just everything

my mum went on holiday with one of my sisters for 2 weeks, this was a year and abit ago meaning i was left w my dad and other sisters for 2 hellish weeks. my dads basically a useless parent he doesnt know how to raise kids and at that point me my older and younger sister were all 13 and under. everyday was just constant arguments fighting w my sisters and my dad rarely got involved unless he was sleeping and we woke him up which happened a few times and he got rlly madddd. one of the times he punched me over something very stupid then acted like nothing happened and just denied it. then a few days after my dad was asleep and it was like 1am and my little sister had school the next day so she was supposed to be sleeping early but she was refusing to so my older sister was trying to get her to listen then everyone just started arguing which woke my dad up from his sleep so he finally interfered and just came shouting then my stupid self started an argument with him and confronted him for cheating on my mum (we all already knew, hes done it loads of times) my dad got so so so mad and picked up scissors and started screaming at me with my older sister stood next to me and my younger sister stood behind him. we started begging him to calm down and apologising he then chucked the scissors and they ended up on the floor and he started screaming saying he was gonna k!ll himself and i was just saying sorry loads then i kinda was having a panic attack so i went into another room and sat infront of the door crying. which eventually my dad forced me to come out so he could 'comfort me' like he was comforting my 9yo sister but i didnt wanna go anywhere near him so he could just hug me and act like nothing happened? he started saying i was pretending like i always do cause im a crybaby and a liar. i said no one wants him here and he can go away so then he started saying he was going to go stay at his brothers house and leave us..later on after everything sort of calmed down he wouldnt let it calm down so he faked a mf heart attack and blamed it on me so that i would feel very very guilty but *** that *** his karma came for him cause he had a real heart stroke last month. karmas a ***. i know it actually happened and i have the voice notes to prove it so his gaslighting wont work on me. point is he didnt physically touch me when it happened so why does it bother me so damn muchhhhhh?

i was kinda bored just thinking bout *** so very sorry about that torterous paragraph if u read it 💀

love u lots bestfriends have a good dayyyy!😛❤️

I am so sorry to hear about what you went through with your dad during those two weeks. It sounds like such a difficult and scary situation for you and your sisters. It's understandable that it would still hurt you, even though your dad didn't physically touch you at that time. Verbal and emotional abuse can be just as damaging as physical abuse, and it can take a long time to heal from it. It's important to remember that what happened was not your fault, and you deserve to feel safe and loved. It's great that you have the voice notes as proof, so your dad can't manipulate or gaslight you. Please know that you're not alone and that there are resources and support available. I'm sending you lots of love ❤️

it’s okayyyy dw.. but it’s not understandable it was quite literally my fault it was my fault if i didn’t say what i said it wouldn’t have happened so how is it nottt. i made him maddd cause i couldn’t keep my mouth shut the vn are js starting to be damaging i can’t listen to them without feeling panicked or worried anymore even though it used to help make me hate my dad again make me mad in a good way or js laugh at it.. thank you so so so much for being nice..🫶🏽

@lavenderLake2009

It's not your fault that someone else chose to respond in a negative or abusive way. It's okay to speak up for yourself and set boundaries, and you deserve to feel safe and respected. It's understandable that the VN recordings are causing you distress, and it's important to prioritize your well-being. It may be helpful to take a break from listening to them for a while, however, don't delete them, it's important that you keep them if you ever need them later.
