Concerned Fiance
Hello everyone. I need help. My fiance was sexually assaulted a while back, but she has only recently told me what really happened. It was truly horrific and I need help a.) to help her and b.) as selfish as it is to cope with myself.
Absolutely horrible. You already seem receptive to the idea of therapy. You may find individual therapy (for each of you) and couples therapy helpful.
These attacks do not just make one person suffer. The suffering is passed on. I'm glad you are looking for help. I believe it is an obstacle that, with time each of you and together as a couple, you will be able to get over.

Thank you. She is getting help, but unfrotunately my job doesn't leave me with the time to get thearpy or anything.
