Feeling lost

My nightmares have been so bad I don't even want to get out of bed. I don't want to go on anymore. I do therapy and I can't get to dealing with the trauma because I go in and always have so much going on.

@Acidrain2031

I too have issues talking about my stuff in therapy since so much happens. However, a pattern should be emerging about how you talk and how it relates to the past. Hopefully your therapist is collecting and connecting the dots. It's amazing the language we use and how we talk about ourselves or events that happened in our lives will be oddly similar to how trauma unfolded in our past. I do hope there are dots connecting with you and your therapist.

@LHPDMT25 thank you, yes I believe there are. She is very good. I trust her which is very important to me. I certainly haven't had that alot in my life. I know it's a process that's going to take time. Can't say i'm a very patient person. I just want a life without the trauma, without being scared, and I wish the nightmares would stop. It feels like I go through it all over again. I know I will never have all this. One day I pray I at least don't feel like a victim anymore.
