I don't know if this is a trauma.

In 2012, I had a boyfriend who helped me to love my body and feel great sexual pleasure, but he was a son of a **** because he treated me very bad, most of our sexual moments were under pressure. Also, he tried to convince me to do some sexual things that I don't like, for example: golden shower, doing it with animals, orgies, casual sex... Obviously I didn't do those things, too awful to me!!!

After that moment, I can't feel the same sexual pleasure, and sometimes I feel fault because I think I ruined my life with it.

Is this a trauma or something similar? I'm more or less confused...

I would say you have experienced some sort of trauma because he tried to manipulate you into doing something you know as unhealthy and uncomfortable. I say talking about it is the first step so I'm proud of you that. You have to realize it is not your fault. However I would recommend talking about it.

I only talked with my actual boyfriend about this, and he says it's not my fault.

Maybe I have to talk with a psychologist to enter more deep in this thing.
