I'm not delusional
So you have a visual understanding.
It's a railroad apartment and there weren't any doors. Upon entering the apartment is the kitchen and to the right is the bathroon and across the entrance door is the bathtub. If you stand in front of the bathtub to the left is all the rooms. My neice and nephew room, then my sister's room. That's it.
My sister put curtains instead to at least have a little privacy in between the rooms.
I remember it being late at night and all the lights except my sister's room being off. I remember that the curtain to her room was already down. I was in the middle room and my sister's kids were sleeping over at my house to spend more time with my mother (obviously grandma's home)
I was sleeping over at my sister's apartment. Her boyfriend just got home from work. I was supposed to be asleep but the sound of him opening the door woke me up. I remember the smell of alcohol as soon as he entered and my sister's angry voice.
He told her that we was going to shower and she went to her room. He pulls down the curtain to the kitchen and turns on the shower.
I was sleeping on the top of a bunk bed and we had a cat name Teddybear who was sleeping next to me that night.
I remember someone with big hands started to touch my stomach and made thier way to my chest.
(During that time I was probably 12 or 13, just hitting puberty, so it's not like I had this very mature body, I was a child not a teen.)
It made me feel uncomfortable of course, but I was scared. Too scared to move, too scared to scream, too scared to do anything.
As I felt those hands move around feeling me, I felt it trying to pull down my pants. Teddybear woke up and she got in his way.
I heard his voice "Movate "(Move). I knew instantly it was my sister's boyfriend.
I definately didn't want to say anything. She was expecting a child with him. I know how stress affects an expecting mother.
My sister heard him speak and got up from her room. He immediately walks back to the kitchen.
She then goes back to her room and he comes back to the middle room. Without struggle he took off my pants and touched me. I was on my period I remember that clearly I'm sure he assumed that I was enjoying it so he carried on and I felt a sharp pain. It was the most painful thing I felt and I wanted to cry so much, but I stood quiet regardless..
When he was done doing that to me he walks away and to the bathroom.
I got up to see if it was actually him. I saw his silhouette become visible as he turned on the bathroom light. He saw his hand all bloody and went to wash it off.
I didn't do anything. I just forced myself back to sleep.
I don't remember too well. But something tells me that this happened to me 3times. I don't remember anymore.
I brought this up to my neighbor (we are both the same age) a week after it happened. I couldn't keep quiet. It was ruining me. Without hesitation she texted my sister "Your boyfriend is touching your sister"
Immediately my sister calls me in to her apartment. She asked me is this true? I burst into tears and with a cracked voice I say yes.
He left.
Then came back the next month.
The reason behind it is because he is the father of my youngest neice.
Everyday I have too see this man
Everyday I think of that night
Everyday I would ask my parents "Why?"
Everyday I feel like I'm going insane
I always argued with my parents about this
I finally spoke to my sister about the situation
"I don't want to believe Mariano, but he says his family does some voodoo stuff. I remember before the incident his cousin had an eye on you. What if he possessed Mariano."
"You know this building is over a 100 years old and we see a bunch of weird stuff in this apartment" ARE YOU SAYING I WAS VIOLATED BY A GHOST ?!?!
I gave up
I became unstable
I am harming my loved ones
I dont want to continue
I am choosing to move on from this
No more burdens
Just accept it and see it for what it is.
It's part of my past and it has to stay there
