TW: Mentions of physical abuse, alcohol/Alcoholism

okay so my parents are divorcing currently, the fee has been paid, we're in the 6 month reconciliation period. But my father has been constantly asking for..3 almost 4 weeks about my trauma with my alcoholic mother choking me out. She was intoxicated, and wanted me to fetch her another beer, I refused and asked her alcohol was that important to her. She instantly got angry and started to shove/push me until she she pinned me into the hallway wall and proceeded to choke me. And she withheld love and affection from me, screamed in my face calling me "MISERABLE LIKE YOUR ******* FATHER." All in the same day two years ago. I keep telling my father I don't remember much only because I don't want to reopen that scar everyday just so he can try to understand my trauma. I want to discuss things with a professional or with a listener that way I feel safe and comfortable and not pressured to speak about it. What do you guys think? There will be more about why I'm not comfortable with talking let alone with my father soon.
