Kind's Diary part 1.

Dear Diary,

Time-:11:54 pm

I m in too much pain its beyond words I cant tell how much suffering I m going through its suffocating daily family fights trigger my PTSD and make it worst,I also missed my loved ones n wished if they were alive maybe if they were alive I would be able to heal I just feel helpless and alone everyday I dont know what to do anymore I feel like trapped and there is no way out I m also tired of daily panic attacks and isomnia.
