My baby died.
Hi,
I had a baby last spring. She had a rare genetic condition and died in my arms at six days old. The pregnancy was complicated and painful, labor was traumatic (I'm still getting physical therapy eight months later because of the damage from it), and the last three weeks of the pregnancy I was hospitalized because of leaking fluid.
Not sure what else to say. I struggle being around babies, hearing about babies, pregnancy/birth announcements, hearing them cry... they're all triggers for me.

Hey there! That must be so, so rough to go through
I'm glad to hear that you're making progress toward getting better with physical therapy! That definitely emphasizing how courageous you are, as it's not easy by any means to pursue progress. Along with physical health therapy, are you pursuing mental health therapy as well? It's important to remember that both physical health and mental health are equally important to each other. On a side note, I've edited your forum post to remove the link to your blog, as it contained your email and social media accounts under the "Contact" tab. Take care!
@Emily619 ooooops I didnt even think about that! Sorry!
I am seeing a psychologist for talk therapy as well, yes. :)

No need to apologize, I got it fixed! That's great you're seeing a mental health therapist as well. How is that going?
@Emily619 it

So sorry. I'm not going to pretend I understand that kind of pain. I can only say I'm sorry.
