My life!

I was abused as a child which carried on through my teens and then in an physical and sexually abusive relationship for 19 years, I'm not longer with him but constant troubles and emails from him plus accusations court appearances for the children and I have just got to the end of my tether he won't leave me alone and whether it's about the children or. It he still thinks he can control me and also how he speaks to me and twist things back on me! I just want to be free and want to heal and be happy but he won't let that happen I need help and not sure how much longer I can cope!
