Hello, I have my birthday today, but everything is so bad. My dad still remains me the biggest mistake of my life, but I can't fix it now. I love him so much and I don't want to disappoint him. Please help!

You said that you love your dad and do not want to disappoint him. Sometimes as children and adults, we are always trying to live up to our parents expectations. Are you feeling the pressure to perform or to pretend? Or are you feeling pressurised to make him happy?
