Can I ask what age you have? If you're a minor this is something you need to communicate to a school councelor, maybe authorities... This is neglect from your family and is not ok at all. I'm so sorry for your situation.
If you're 18+ try to maybe get a part time job or so , save money and move away asap.
The fact one of your abusers moved in is pretty clear why it happened. The abuse will keep happening and again, not ok!
