Team?
I was at church today. Normally there's 1 more single person and a couple.
The single forgot and that's ok, but i didn't expect to have to do set up completely on my own. The couple didn't turn up until just before the service.
Then they left early, didn't even help with pack up.
I'm training the single, that's kind of my role in the church, I train the singles on setup.
This is the third time in a row that it's happened now.
My pastors going to help with it, talk to them.
That sounds extremely frustrating! It definitely sounds like you were left holding the bag in that situation. Hopefully you will gain the appreciation that you deserve in other ways, through other means, today or tomorrow. Remember that you are a good person, and your voice is heard, here.
