What started nearly 8 years ago...

My mental state has gotten out of hand. Back when I was still in high school, a lot of bad s@$# happened. I didn't talk to anyone about it, kept it all bottled up. After graduation, and before I met my now-husband, I was raped twice. Since then, everything that I bottled up has exploded in my brain, leaving a war-torn zone of debris and clutter and stuff of monstrous nightmares. I have PTSD, suicidal depression, and social anxiety...WHICH IS GREAT FOR WORKING IN RETAIL!!! Needless to say, I am 3 kinds of f#@$%= and would appreciate any advice floating my way.
