Long story short my parents got a divorce when I was about 4 years old. My birth father cheated on my mother, and I'm fully aware he does drugs. He doesn't pay child support, he only calls me about 4/3 times a year. Whenever someone brings him up in the family I always have to cry because just the thought of him makes me want to cry. I cant see him because he lives half way across the country, he never calls me, and he never even tries to text me. Therefore I don't know if i'm being neglected.
