Empathy- a survival response
I came to realise this lately while I was studying about ptsd that empathy is not a gift but a survival response, which felt deep and wanted to share it with others as a gentle reminder that whenever you meet a empath just remember to be kind because you never know what the other person is going through, and the amount of strength it has taken them to be that kind

I am not certain of this idea of empathy is a survivor instinct but the more empathy we have the better i say..🌟
@AsherTree That's true I just read it and I wanted to share it with everyone because I really feel like all empaths understand how others feel, since they have felt that way before lol Just my personal opinion, yes more empathy is only going to result in a more peaceful world 🌎🕊️
