I can't forgive him...

I was molested 3 times when I was 11. Once more when I was 12. It was by the same person every time. I'm 15 now. I've been told over and over again to forgive him and to let go of the past but I cannot. It's not easy. I still have anger fits and chronic depression. What can I do???
