I need advice
Are there free, cheap, therapists? Also, if I find one how do I get myself to open up, an talk about things? I really don't want to. Say it out loud. Even to a stranger idk y?
Unfortunately, it's very much rare to find free cheap therapists especially the good ones since they are also making a living out of listening and helping other people . If you do find on , it's easy to open up because you will be the one answering the questions and every short or long answer matters . It's relatable, not to want to open up to a stranger . You won't have to pour your heart out the first time you meet your therapist . It would take you days or weeks , which is totally fine . I hope i answered some of your questions very well . Yup you can still find a cheap therapist just few of them left.
