In need of advice
Hello, to keep a long story short, I’ve been through a lot and the list just keeps going. My parents divorced when I was very young and my mother remarried and it was a very abusive household from when i was 5 up until 16. it only ended when my stepfather passed away which was like loosing a parent. two months prior to that my high school was shot up and a friend/teammate of mine passed away, made things really hard having to go to school everyday knowing classmates were murdered there. my father stole my college savings and starting doing drugs and ended up having a heart attack. he blamed my stepfathers death on my mother. been in some extremely toxic and abusive relationships and am barely making it by. i don’t need any sympathy. i’m really just here because i feel like these events have seriously caused my brain to not function and process things properly. i feel like i over and under react, have little control of my emotions, and am overall a complete train wreck. if anyone has experienced anything similar i’d love to hear how you dealt with it <3
Hello, Thank you for sharing that here and being so honest. And I'm sorry to hear about all that you have experienced over the years. Although I don't have the exact same experience, I do understand what you are saying and how you could be feeling that way brain wise! I think you've gone through more than many and it's okay if your brain is fuzzy, right now and perhaps longer. Pressures say we should respond to things in certain ways, but however you best deal with trauma, abuse, emotions, stresz, etc. is real, is necessary, and is entirely up to you. While I say this, I am hoping another 7 cupper with more similar experiences can share more with you. I'm sending good vibes to you and I am grateful you shared with us. Best

Hello, thanks for sharing that. We haven't been through the same things as you at all, although we live in a toxic and abusive household. We understand how hard it must be to get through all that. We also relate to the part when you said you over and underreact, and have little control over your emotions. If you ever need someone to talk to, we're always here :)
