I think work is my trigger

I left a 2.5 year job where I was bullied by my boss last August. I saw a counselor briefly, who diagnosed me with depression, anxiety, and PTSD from all of it. Anyway, I left that job for another job, but got fired after 3 months when I asked for an accommodation (I'm also disabled). Found another job a month later and was there until last week, when I quit. I was backed into a corner and just reacted without thinking. It was a toxic environment. So, I was already looking for another job but wasn't planning to quit without a backup plan... until I did. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I've been doing a lot of thinking, and I'm wondering if work is a trigger for my PTSD. Since dealing with bullying, being in small conference rooms with my boss/HR alone make me very anxious. They told me they were going to write me up if I left 1.5 hrs early to take my husband to a doctor appointment for a procedure. I literally felt the room closing in on me, shouted that I quit, went and packed up my desk, and left. Obviously, this doesn't look great on me, but it's what happened. Now, I'm just trying to figure out how to deal with this if it happens again. Anyway, thanks for listening. Any ideas y'all have would be great. I feel like this could have went in so many communities but started here. Lmk if I should crosspost or post elsewhere. Thanks!
