I want to keep up with life, but don't know how
If I were to act as a functional human being, everything would move too fast around me and I might not catch up. And I don't know how to find someone who's patient enough to just be with me, always, without pressuring me to do things I don't want to do or that I'm not ready to do. I am terrified I'll never manage to live at the normal pace of life. Any advice?

If I was looking for a partner that is calm and comfortable with living at a slow pace, I would join groups and activities that attract this kind of person, like (for example) creative writing groups, art classes, Tai-Chi, or Yoga groups.
Unfortunately, under "social distancing" rules, all this might be difficult, as face-to-face meetings are not allowed in many places. So we might have to wait until next year to resume a normal social life.
In the meanwhile, you could begin practicing some of these activities (that BTW are healing in themselves) and join online groups near your community.
The point would be to cultivate a social life among calm, "slow" people, by doing the things, and belonging to the groups that gather them together.
