Hey there. I'm sorry to hear that you're having nightmares. They can be scary and disturbing. I hope this passes and you're able to sleep well again. Take care.

I'm a bad sleeper with infrequent nightmares so I can understand your frustrations, mine are born out of stress.

Have you addressed what is agitating you in your life, either to people or to yourself, or through maybe a journal?

Is it possible to have a nap in the daytime, sometimes, it's less scary?

Before I sleep I try to clear my head of problems and relax and think of something calming. I hope you get some decent rest soon :)

@tranquilSunshine209 I understand how you feel, it must be so difficult every night to have a night with me. Is that affect your sleep. Just know that you’re always welcome to talk and I hope you feel better soon.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been sleeping very good. Is there anything you could try to help you relax before sleep like listening to a meditation?

I can’t relate to such bad nightmares but. Physical exhaustion always brought about deep rest even when my first love dumped me.

Thank you for sharing. Nightmares can be highly distressing and make sleep feel impossible. I wonder if you have any support around you currently that might be able to help manage the nightmares, such as a doctor or therapist?

Kinda just gotta get sleep when you can. The 5-4-3-2-1 method is helpful for grounding.
