Hi, how is everyone doing today. I am having an ok day, been sleeping a lot. Have had to take my medicine a lot more today to help with my flashbacks and it makes me sleepy. It has been 4 week since left the house. My husband and mom have tried to get me out but I just can’t. But I know deep down I need to try.
