I have fallen more than 24 feet off a roof and have had a traumatic experience when I came to in the hospital. I have no memory of the accident. I have a relationship that has suffered from this as I imagine she had her own traumatic disorder. I became controlling and scared that I was losing everything. I had all sorts of doubt and was completely selfish. I’ve since took the last couple months recovering myself and finding love for myself again.

First, I wanted to say i’m so proud of you. I really, really hope the healing process will be amazing for you. You deserve love and peace. But, mistakes get made and don’t blame yourself for too long because you were in a bad place.
