Hi I am very new not only to the group but to 7 cups. I find it very, very difficult talking and also expressing what is going onninside my head and tend to hold everything in and be more the supporter than the supported. I have worked with in mental health settings and the prison service for over 24 years so you could say I have seen, witnessed and also Bern part of alot of traumatic and horrifying things that has left me with mental, emotional, and many physical scars which has subsequently left me living with ptsd, anxiety, depression, anger issues and a coping tool of self harm. Sadly I trust no one enough to talk to. If you have read this thank you.

Hello friendly, I understand your suffering. so sorry. I have CPTSD anxiety and depression. It's very difficult to explain what's going on inside your heart and head when your suffering the pain of ptsd . Trained professional and meds have helped me some. Art, music and journaling helps me alot. It took me a long time to forgive those who hurt me so badly, but I'm working on living in the present moment I'm in ....and focus on the good in my life. It's helping, i won't lie it's been an extremely rough road and I lost my job during all of it. (23 yrs same job) I started with writing my feelings in a journal before starting therapy. A journal you can tell anything you want to . I didn't trust easily. 7 cups has helped me also. Keep going, your doing great reaching out to like minded ppl suffering as you are. Your not alone. My heart goes out to you, best of luck on your journey. ABB
