PTSD is a very hard thing to go through especially with our veterans and our police and firefighters but everyone can experience ptsd it’s not good to but it’s also not horrible because it shows us how lucky we are to be here today. All we can do is keep fighting on no matter what and people will be there along the way. Including me!
