My internal trauma pain is so bad today I can barely breathe. It's s*cked all the hope from me.

It sounds like you are really struggling. Trauma is very hard to deal with :( we are here to support you. We have a resource page or you can use a trauma listener :)

@amiableBlackberry92 I want to thank you for responding to my post; I had mixed feelings placing the post. I wanted help but also I prayed that no one had experienced what I had. Please accept my understanding for what you are dealing with. Your post let me know that I am not alone in what I am going through. We have many attributes in common; although I do not have children, I can feel your paiin in how you express yourself in your post. I also wanted to let you know that I also have continous pain and I do believe it is a major contributor to flare-ups of ptsd/cptsd. May we journey together down our paths to recovery and freedom from our traumas. Thank you again for letting me know I'm not alone. xandia

Sometimes I wonder if we ever truly let anyone completely in. for another person to know you, all of you, all the pieces, even the ones you're ashamed of - is huge. But too often we sort through the pieces only picking out the pretty ones, leaving the ugly ones behind, not realizing that choosing not to share with someone else is like committing a crime against our soul - for how can we ever be free? When we purposefully place what we struggle with the most - in the dark? ABB💜

Sometimes there's a fear of the darkest pieces. A fear of bringing them into the light. To shine on the horrors. It's hard to know how other people will react, will they listen, whole heartedly and non-judgemental or will they turn away? If they know the deepest and darkest part of us and they turn away. I'm afraid the pain of that would be immense. Because if we share those darkest secrets and people turn away it's too late to close the box back up and we're left to deal with the aftermath alone. These are just some of my thoughts on the matter. We all have our own reasons I suppose.
