Traumatized by a Hentai Picture (TW)
This is the first time I completely understand what I've come to terms with what happened to me. Awhile ago while I was looking up hentai I came across this image in the search images. This image (tw): was of a minor and an adult doing sexual things. Disturbed, disgusted, and uncomfortable with what I saw I froze in horror. I tried to report it with no luck unfortunately. I forgot about it or so I thought. A little over a month ago something triggered me to remember this image. And I didn't understand why I was remembering it. But it wasn't going away I wasn't forgetting it. At first I was having nightmares of this image and I wouldn't sleep for about 2 weeks I slept a couple hours if I was lucky. The first person I told it about was my sister I was terrified to explain to her what was going on. What is she thinks I'm fucked up? What if she hates me for it? I felt hopeless. She reassured me and told me what she thought this was and said you were traumatized by it and you didn't realize it. And you're showing signs of PTSD flash backs. At first I didn't understand because that can't be the case, but with a little research on my symptoms it turns out that this is what I'm going through. Sad part is I still feel hopeless even though I'm aware it's not my fault. Part of me still feels responsible and guilty about seeing the image over and over. I just want to go back to normal.. I want to feel okay again.
@toughThinker8341 Having this exhaustion and disgust follow your finding of the picture is completely understandable. The idea of minors being co-erced into sex is horrifying, and being confronted suddenly with something so real would screw with anybody's head. If you are feeling up to it, I have had success with this before: find the picture again (or something similar) and find something humorous about it. Maybe the hands are poorly drawn, or maybe if you stare at it long enough the picture will become ridiculous. It may help, it may not.
Whether you do or not, you have my sympathy. This sounds extremely uncomfortable for you
Not all videos are like that, you may need to familiarize yourself with this animation. You can try to find something for yourself in 3d hentai video or something similar. I'm sure you just stumbled upon something specific. This genre is full of good drawings and characters, just give yourself the time and opportunity to get used to it.
