Hi, I’m coming here as a last resort. Does it get easier? Do flashback get easier to manage as time goes on?

Idk how long you have been doing it but 18 years still isn't enough. I'm in one now. But I want you to know that I care. Even if u dont know me. I understand. Its living nightmares daily but....I'm still alive.

Hi friendlymelon, it gets better, with help, with time and coping mechanisms I so I thank this forum for being a place for people like us to comfort each other in time of need. My coping mechanisms are failing me today but most days I manage
