Confused

I have dealt with so much sexual abuse but I've noticed a new issue that has come up, I really don't understand it and it's actually I little embarrassing but I've noticed some issues with being more sexual like having sexual urges. I just worry something is wrong with me because why would someone who has experinced so much sexual trauma deal with this issue? It just seems odd and is very confusing.
