Covert Sexual Abuse?

I have a question about covert sexual abuse, or covert incest. Almost every resource I looked at said that it was between a parent/guardian and child, hence calling it incest, but I was wondering if it could be other people, more specifically one of your friends.
I dont want to call my experiences something it isnt. Im still figuring a lot out.

the basic rule is:
if it is between consenting adults, it isn't sexual abuse.
If one partner does not actively consent, it is abusive.
