He triggered me and now he’s mad
He tried to wake me up with some “fun” but that’s how I woke up to SA. He claims he used to do it all the time, but we also used to have sex a lot. Now we have kids and are not the same people. So all day he has told me off and ignored me and blamed me. I tried explaining I raised my voice cuz I was on the verge of crying and he was literally across the house! But he is so stuck on me “yelling” at him, he won’t hear me. How can I explain it to him? He won’t hear me. It’s been 8 hours of him not hearing me.

I'm sorry for all that. You are right to feel that way.
It must be maddening that he can't understand you.
He might love you, and be a good man, but he is a human and, as such, might have some limits.
Hopefully, things will get back to normal in a couple of days. Let that happen without forcing him into it.
I wish you that things get better during this week.
