Firstly, I am so sad that this has happened to you and truly sorry to hear your a victim of sexual assault. It's a horrible experience for anyone to go through and at such a young like you have age is heartbreaking. I don't blame you for feeling terrified and scared when faced with certain things. Something as traumatizing as this is not something you need to face on your own and, I just want you to know that there is always help available. I know talking to someone who is either as loved one or a professional may seem scary but it will more than likely be within your best interest. You should not have to cope with pain, sadness, hurt etc alone.
