I can't remember
Something happened when I was 13. But I don't know what. I only remember before and after. I was definitely, But I'm scared incase I'm wrong. I don't know what to do. I'm 30 now and in therapy with other things. My nurse keeps asking if I was abused. But I can't remember. I don't know what to do.
I can't remember the feeling in first kiss with my boyfriend... It was before he died. He is died in this kiss in the hospital...

and if you remember before and after that's ok try not to force the memory. I know its hard to think it has happened and you can remember it but i was told its a way to protect yourself by not remembering it properly. :) hope this reassures you .
I can't necessarily say by experience. But I've heard, and it could be wrong. But sometimes the brain forces memories back, that could be extremely traumatizing. But who knows. I hope you find out. The brain is a weird thing.
