Is this sexual assualt?

Hi,I’m just wondering if somebody can answer my question I’m confused if I have been sexually assaulted. I was with a guy for almost 10 months the relationship was great at the start but towards 5 months in our relationship, my ex started pressuring me into sex.I’ve heard about sexual coercion i know it’s a form of sexual assault I’m just uncertain about my situation and I think somebody to give me their opinion. I said yes to my ex when we would have sex but he would say things like “just lie down you don’t have to do anything” or “your not a good girlfriend I’ll get someone else to have sex with me if you don’t” I would always feel like I had to say yes to him or else he would get angry and I would get scared I felt like I couldn’t say no incase he would get angry and lash out on me or even worst get violent which he has a couple of times. Sometimes he would even try to pull down my pants after I’ve told him multiple times no but he just wouldn’t stop until I said yes,I would feel so disgusted and upset after this but it didn’t affect me as much as it does now 8 months after the breakup I don’t know why it stays at the back on my head and some days are worse when I think about it. When you would have a violent outburst and asked for sex after I was also afraid of saying no incase he would get violent again. Could somebody give me their opinion I really need it.
