I think I was sexually abused as a kid

I think my mother sexually abused me as a kid. The nature of the incidents are embarrassing so i dont want to bring it up to my therapist. I also think the nature of the events could have been mothering duties (??) but Im not sure if thats just somthing I made up myself.

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dating and sexual intimacy which always brings back memories of my childhood. I was recently sexually assaulted by somone which brought back memories and made me think that it might be possible.
