I thought nobody would believe me

So, yesterday, I told my sister the parts of my childhood that I remembered. Because I have this blank spots and I don't remember much about what I lived as a child, unlike my siblings. First, I shared with her that there was a time we were in her friends house. Her friend had a cousin, he was taller and a bit older than me. We were in a bed, he was telling me to take my socks off and to go to sleep, but I didn't wanted to. I felt so uncomfortable, but I think that I might have gone to sleep because I don't remember what happened after. That memory has haunted me ever since, I can even remember my clothes. The other thing that I told her was heavier, because it involves a person that we treat as family, and has practically raised me. She is my "nanny". She used to bath me, because my parents were at work. She would touch my body, constantly, while in the shower. Most of the time I would be with her. After school or kindergarten ( I wasn't older than 6) she would picked me up, and take me to her family's house. There we spent hours maybe, and I remember being in the couch feeling very uncomfortable and not wanting to sleep again. But, I don't remember anything after that. These memories have chased me all my life. I kept thinking that maybe they were normal or how I felt was. Now, I remember that as a child and growing up, I didn't like to shower or show my body. I'm very reserved. Didn't like to touch other people or boys. Realised I wasn't as joyful as other kids.
