Not sure what to do

So, I was raped three almost four years ago. Ive talked about it some, Ive been to therapy but never really got deep into it. Im having to deal with it all on my own now and Im really starting to struggle with it. Its hard to say what happened and I think its mainly because I blame myself. Everybody says its not my fault but I cant seem to bring myself to believe it.
